Is Sales Tax (VAT) included in the price?

Our prices for orders shipped within the UK and EU include VAT and duty where applicable, excluding Cyprus. Orders shipped to countries outside the EU are charged UK sales tax but may be subject to local sales taxes and import duty at the point of delivery. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any further sales taxes or import duties incurred

Are your shoes suitable for vegans?

Without our leather-lined memory foam insoles, HEYDUDE shoes that are made from materials other than suede and leather are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. We currently have alternative canvas-lined and cork-lined insoles which you can view here.

Or why not take advantage of our Natural Collection featuring three different styles made from natural, ethically-sourced materials - suitable for vegans! Along with these styles, the Mistrals are also vegan-friendly too.

If you'd prefer to have canvas or cork-lined insoles in your shoes, we suggest checking the availability of your size on our website before placing your order to avoid any disappointment. Please contact us at info@heydudeshoes.co.uk before placing your order, so we can swap the insoles before dispatching your shoes.

What's your general shipping policy?

Orders placed before 1.30pm should be dispatched on the same day that you place your order, however this may vary during busy periods. A dispatch notification will be emailed to you once your order is shipped and it will have all your relevant order details as well as the tracking information for your delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The length of time it will take to receive your order will depend on the delivery option you select when placing your order. The shipping options below list how long each individual service will take:

UK Standard Shipping £3.95 - Standard UK and NI orders are shipped with Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service and should take 48 hours once dispatched.

UK Express Shipping £5.95 - Express UK and NI orders are shipped with Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service and should take 24 hours once dispatched. Delivery can take longer during busy periods and as a result this shipping option is not a guaranteed service as the exact delivery times are out of our control.

UK Next Day delivery £8.00 - Orders for Next Day delivery will be sent by Parcelforce Next Day service which guarantees next working day delivery in the UK only. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. We do not ship orders over the weekend, so any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday and delivered on the following Tuesday.

UK Express Saturday delivery £15.00 - Orders placed between Thursday 1.30pm up until 1.30pm on Friday can be received on the following Saturday. Saturday delivery is not available to the following post codes:

All orders being sent to these postcodes using this service will be sent via Next Day delivery service and will be delivered on the following Monday.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, however international/European shipping costs differ from our Standard Delivery costs and will take a bit longer to be delivered. European/International delivery costs will be calculated in your basket. Costs are calculated individually by weight and delivery country to offer you the best prices we can offer.


You've made a mistake when sending my order, what do I do?

We do apologise for any shipping errors, we are human after all. Please contact our support team at info@heydudeshoes.co.uk or 03333 058 788 and we will be happy to correct our mistake.

Can I return or exchange my order?

In order to avoid disappointment due to fast moving stock levels we no longer offer exchanges on orders. If you require an alternative item in a different size / colour etc simply reorder the item, you require and the return the unused item for a refund.

I'm not receiving discount loyalty codes, despite spending over £100 on previous orders - what should I do?

Log into your account, click on 'My Details' and tick both of these two boxes to ensure you are signed up to the Loyalty Rewards Scheme and that you will receive emails containing discount codes. Please note that the second box must be ticked to start earning points on any future purchases. If this was unticked, you would not have earned any points on previous orders. Please also check your Junk/Spam folders in case any other emails don't appear directly in your Inbox.
